COMPANY GUARANTEE - 12 months free warranty from J&A MOBILES AB. The customer needs to contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide you with all the details of the nearest service center. Shipping costs to service centers will be covered by the customer.
WARRANTY NOT (in case of both EU WARRANTY AND COMPANY WARRANTY): Replacement of accessories (batteries, headphones, chargers, cables, memory cards, etc.). Damage and other consequences that may occur if the product is used incorrectly. Damage and other consequences that may result from repairs or other involvement of an unauthorized service center. J & A MOBILES AB is not responsible if the manufacturer or the official service center refuses to accept the warranty for any of the above reasons. If the warranty is rejected, the manufacturer or services will offer you an offer to repair the product. In case you refuse this offer the manufacturer is entitled to demand that its administrative expenses be covered by you.
In case you accept the offer you are required to pay a total cost of repair to the manufacturer. In the case where the EU guarantee does not cover the repair service - your question will be handled by the company's warranty. You must contact J & A MOBILES AB customer support, and our support team will give you all instructions to send the product. After receiving the product, J & A MOBILES AB will offer you one of the following options: Service: You will be forwarded to the nearest service center (official brand service, official J&A MOBILES AB service or other). Remuneration: The same product you ordered was sent to you.
GENERAL RECLAMATION PROCEDURE
The customer can report the error on the product in written form describing the error. The customer must state their contact address, telephone number and e-mail address. If the product comes in a condition other than that described in a recycling process, J & A MOBILES AB is not obliged to accept the product and has the right to refuse it.
The customer is obliged to send all documents linked to the product together with the product. Before J & A MOBILES AB does not have all the documents, the recycling process has not started. If the customer does not deliver the missing document, the company will send the product back to the customer.
If the product is intended to contain passwords, the customer is obliged to provide appropriate passwords when recycling or remove them before delivery of the product.
J & A MOBILES AB is not responsible for damage to data and programs in the goods during recycling. In this context, the customer is advised to make a backup copy of all data and programs for the product being sent for recycling.
